About the Role
Coordinate end-to-end shipments across multiple transportation modes (truck, ocean, air).
Plan routes, transit times, and costs based on shipment requirements.
Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs documents, and delivery notes.
Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses.
Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, damages, or disruptions.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
Monitor inventory movement and update logistics systems accurately.
Negotiate rates and service terms with logistics service providers when required.
Communicate shipment status and issues to internal stakeholders and customers.
Responsibilities and Requirements
Required Qualifications
Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination preferred.
Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures preferred.
Proficiency Microsoft Office preferred , GCSE Maths and English required.
